Signed RENTAL CONTRACTS are required from all unrelated guests under 21.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE CONDOMINIUM. Smoking is permitted outside only and must be disposed of properly. No "ashing" over balcony walls.
All Guests occupying this property must be registered to this property. Each registered person is responsible for this property including charges or damages.
NO PETS.
No outdoor grills are permitted on any balconies or any common areas.
Nothing may be hung from balconies or walkway railings, including towels, clothes, beach gear, flags or other items.
Nothing may be thrown from any balcony.
Parking is permitted in assigned space "B111" only. One additional parking space is available upon request only. ILLEGALLY PARKED VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED AT VEHICLE OPERATOR'S EXPENSE.
No littering. Place all trash in designated dumpsters.

NO refunds for early departures.
